About Us!
Hello! I am Anu Bidani, Founder and President of Inno-Hive, an Innovative Learning Community. I launched Inno-Hive as a grass root charity to support skill building in our communities. After a successful corporate career I recognized how important it is for us to support our youth, who are the future leaders, in ensuring they build relevant skills to thrive and solve the problems and challenges of the world.
Technology is having a profound impact on the jobs of today and tomorrow. Many young people feel they have not been prepared for the new economy and jobs.
I am on a mission to solve this challenge by working with community leaders and technology partners to offer introductory level workshops and courses so youth can explore technolgy related skills and explore their passion.
I am proudly supported in this mission by a great team of passionate board of directors and community leaders.
Brandon Hebor, Director and Vice Chair
Hello! I am Brandon Hebor, Director and Vice Chair of Inno-Hive, an Innovative Learning Community. I am a serial enterepreneur who has launched many ventures with passion in addressing food insecurity and sustainability in our nation and society as a whole. With a degree in Environmental Science and Sustainable Business Management I bring wealth of knoweldge and experience to Inno-Hive to move the agenda in sustainable education and initiatives to the forefront.
I am on a mission to solve this challenge by working with community leaders and partners to offer programs: education, agriculture, farming and more so we can collectively engage our youth and build the talent pipeline while addressing systemic challenges.

Director and Treasurer
Chris Tsugawa holds the designation of CPA and CGA and is the VP of Finance at Englemount Real Estate Management Services. Prior to that he held position of Controller at multiple organizations. His wealth of experience in Finance will help Inno-Hive maintains its financial governenance and oversight in place.

Brijesh Chopra is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 20 years of leadership in investment management, risk governance, capital markets, and corporate strategy. Leveraging a global network cultivated across North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, with deep relationships across sectors including financial services, infrastructure, technology, education, and sustainability. A sought-after advisor to boards, C-suite executives, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, and start-ups. Brijesh holds a Chartered Director (C.Dir.) certificate from McMaster University, MBA, International Business – Ivey Business School, Western University and BA, Mathematics (Statistical Analytics) – York University. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) program,

Reza Beyzaei brings 20+ years of experience in education. As a community leader and an educator Reza brings wealth of life experiences as well as community lens to Inno-Hive. With His support we look forward to pushing the agenda of Inno-Hive to new heights. Reza holds a degree in Engineering and Montessori Education.

Yash Bidani is an accomplished and highly motivated financial services professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in successfully driving sales and profitability through product development and focused service delivery to clients. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate prospecting opportunities into tangible sales and retain asset growth. His talent will help drive outreach and connections with community leaders for growth of Inno-Hive. Yash holds a degree in Economics and Political Science.

Mira Hennawy
Associate Executive Director and Project Lead
Mira graduated from UofT with a Specialist in International Development Studies, and a double minor in Political Science and French. She has extensive experience working with charities, managing programs, writing grants and leading operations.
Nikhayl Bidani
Environment and Sustainability Lead
Nikhayl is a graduate from UofT with B.Sc in Environmental Studies and Earth Science. He supports the team in designing and delivering programs as well as supporting infrastructure.
