Inno-Hive, an Innovative Learning Community (“Inno-Hive”) is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equitable opportunity. We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities, and will do so by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and meeting accessibility requirements.
Inno-Hive will provide training to all employees, volunteers and others who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf. All staff will be trained on policies, practices and procedures that affect the way services are provided to people with disabilities. Staff will also be trained on an ongoing basis when changes are made to these policies, practices and procedures.
Unless prohibited by law or by the policies of any facility at which Inno-Hive offers its services, persons with disabilities may enter such facility with service animals or support persons.
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities for clients with disabilities, Inno-Hive will notify clients promptly. The notice will include information about the reason for the disruption, its anticipated length of time, and a description of alternative facilities or services, if available.
Any policy of Inno-Hive that does not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities will be modified or discarded. Accessibility is a journey, and at Inno-Hive we are continually striving to improve accessibility of our products and services. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding our accessibility initiatives please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Website accessibility refers to the inclusive practice of designing websites so that people with disabilities and those with different or diverse abilities can understand content, navigate and interact online and have equal access to information and functionality. Inno-Hive is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. We are actively working towards achieving a fully accessible website that endeavours to conform to the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and is usable with assistive technology.
