Your privacy is important to Inno-Hive, an Innovative learning Community (“Inno-Hive”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) sets out the kinds of personal information we collect about visitors to our Inno-Hive website and our customers (collectively, “you”), why we collect it, how we use it, how we protect it, and under what circumstances we share it with third parties. This Policy also describes the decisions you can make about your  personal information. You may require us to change, amend or delete the personal information that you have provided to us at any time. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you may not use the Site (as described in the Terms of Use).

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE, OR YOUR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES ON YOUR BEHALF IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE, TO BE BOUND BY THIS ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES IN ANY MANNER.

You may ask for access to any personal information that we hold about you. Summary information will be available within a reasonable period of time on request. More detailed requests which require archive or other retrieval costs may be subject to any costs and expenses we incur in retrieving same. Inno-Hive does not guarantee the confidentiality of any communications made via e-mail or otherwise through our Site. If you wish to provide information of a confidential or sensitive nature to Inno-Hive, please connect with us directly by telephone to arrange for delivery/transmission of such information by secure means.

  • Third Party Websites and Services

Our Site and Services integrate with and contain links to other third party websites and services, which may have privacy practices and policies that differ from our own. Inno-Hive is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked website or service. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of any website or services that you access through our Site or Services. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website or service on our Site does not imply that Inno-Hive endorses such website or service.  You agree that we are not responsible for and we do not have any control over the privacy practices and policies of any third-party websites or services.
